Welcome to The Bondi High issue 5. Continuing in our theme of exploring different ways of living we’ve chosen in this issue to focus on Ayurveda. Ayurveda provides us with guidelines for the maintenance of optimal health and wellbeing to avoid illness. It encourages certain lifestyle interventions - yoga, herbal medicine, massage and dietary changes to balance the body, mind, spirit and the environment. We hope you learn something new, and we encourage you to do further research, ask questions and come to your own opinion. The Bondi High are not the experts, we are the guide and the explorer.
